Problem with resolv.conf

Hi gurus,

I am having facing problem, it's very simple and I had done it so many
times, but this is the first time I am having the problem.

The problem is this way, I have installed solaris 7 on my E250 machine,
now when I add the resolv.conf, the DNS in front of hosts in
nsswitch.conf, and I disconnect and try to login again, it takes almost
2 to 3 min for the login prompt and when I do nslookup it hang there
nothing happens, to stop the process I have to do Ctrl C and get to #
prompt.
