Ctrl-S on console.

Hi

I have got a number of e250s connected to a black box terminal server, so
that we can attach to the console to make support easier.
This works fine, however the terminal server sends a CTRL-S (xoff) signal
when we disconnect, therefore after a few days the e250s begin to cease up.

Is there a way to configure the ttya port to ignore XON/XOFF handshaking?

Any help in the query is appreciated.
