Ultra 2 crashes accessing EMC Symmetrix

I've got a Sun Ultra 2 running Solaris 2.6, with the latest patch
cluster applied to it.

I installed a JNI SBus fibre channel card, and loaded up the fcaw
drivers and Symmetrix host utilities. After assigning disk in the
Symm, and rebooting, I can see all of the disks that I've assigned.

I can format the disks, bring them into DiskSuite, and create
filesystems and mount the disks (right now I've broken it down to
individual disks, but did start with all the disks on one filesystem).
When I run the command

# cd /export ; tar -cf - . | ( cd /export_new ; tar -xfBp - )

to move the data from /export to the EMC disks on /export_new, the
system crashes with the following:

Searching sunsolve, I can find similar errors with the TCP/IP stack,
but nothing for this. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? It
looked like patch 105580 would take care of it, but glm is PCI-based,
so isn't applicable here. Both google and sunmanagers.org return
similar errors, but nothing that seems to apply here (Solaris 8
issues, E10k issues, etc.).
