SOLUTION: V880 Default NVRAM

A little patience goes a long way! I was double pressing the power
button too soon. I waited a little further into to boot process and I
saw a long rapid flash of the maintenance led. At that point, double
pressing the power button sets the NVRAM to default.

I now have the V880 working on ttya, and that's how it will stay until I
have time to deal with the RSC.
