Hello Managers,
ok, this is the deal. I have the A1000 w/ 6 disks. I put the rm6.2. created
two luns each three disks right. After insalling the raid manager i see under
format c2t5d0s2 as the whole array!
Now i created the metadb on another local disk...and wanna create like d1, d2
d3...etc on the disk array...the porblem is since i see only one disk the
c2t5d0 should i create each d# on a slice(0-7)...and if i do that would that
put it in a RAID 5 configs...like it will interleave blocks? I have never
used disksuite...I worked on veritas so this thing really confusing me w/ the
raid manager part and the disksuite part.
Can Anyone help?
