Gurus:
I have a V880 running sol8 with 108525-13. on which the filesystem
crashed waiting on console with the familiar prompt:
Type contorl+d for normal mode or type root password for maintenance
mode.
Upon running fsck on the failed filesystem, it crashed during Phase3:
Check connectivity.
The error looks like this:
fsck: warning: the following command (process 862) was terminated by
signal 11 and dumped core
fsck -F ufs -y /dev/rdsk/c1t1d0s0
Any ideas. I will summarize. I searched in the archives but could not
locate a similar problem.
Please help.
