Greetings,

When one creates a mirrored disk from two slices, first creates a
concat/stripe on the
respective slices:

# metainit -f Dxx 1 1 c1t0d0s0
# metainit -f Dyy 1 1 c2t0d0s0
# metattach Dz Dxx
# metattach Dz Dyy

a) if slice Dxx fails, and needs to be `metareplaced` with slice Dww on
c3t0d0s0,
yo need to concat/stripe Dww BEFORE you `metareplace or NOT?

# metainit -f Dww 1 1 c3t0d0s0
# metareplace Dxx c1t0d0s0 c3t0d0s0`, or NOT

b) When one creates a hotspare pool, e.g. metainit hsp001 c4t0d0s0, the
slice
needs to be concat/stripe BEFORE or NOT?

# metainit -f Dqq 1 1 c4t0d0s0
# metainit hsp001c4t0d0s0
# metaparam -h hsp001 c1t0d0s0
