Hi Managers,
I have a problem with one user (out of 50) in that every now and then he
has a runaway gconfd.
How can I find out what triggers this problem?
I have a script which e-mails me we a process has been running for more
than a set period and is utilising one core:-
Your process pid: 4165 has been running for 55:50 and is consuming 12.5
% CPU
User: dmccarthy
Size: 4.71875 MB
Rss: 3.5234375 MB
Command: /usr/lib/gconfd-2 8
The system is a V490 with Solaris 9 Generic_122300-04
The user is running CDE
