hi
I'm having problems installing the latest solaris 10
8/07 to a dell poweredge 2800 (2x36gb disks 3x144gb
disks).
I found instructions for disabling raid and setting to
scsi enabled but it won't even boot from dvd after
that.
I also read about creating a device configuration
floppy but acc. to
http://www.sun.com/bigadmin/hcl/drivers/dca_diskettes/
Solaris 10 later versions no longer use that.
Has anyone got any ideas or been able to install the
latest solaris 10 with hardware raid on a poweredge
2800 server ? Thanks
