Strange Messages on poweroff of a Solaris 11 beta Virtual Machine

All,

I am playing with VMware and Solaris 11 (or is it 10 ...... nevada
build).

I added a virtual NIC and Solaris recognised it as pcn1

I went to 'poweroff' the VM; mainly to add a 3rd Virtual NIC; and then
configure ipmp across pcn1 and pcn2; but I got the following during
shutdown.

Can someone explain what's going on. I've never seen Solaris do this
before.
