Shutdown of SUN OPTRON SERVERS

Dear All,

         We have SUN V40z and installed with Redhat AS 4, last saturday this
system is poweroff, and in the

# last reboot command i didnt find anything and no error in the dmesg,

       can anyone help me in this case.
