thanks for your replies guys i think i found th problem.I have not created home directory using -m option i have just created username and password

Hi Guys,
  
 I am having new sunfire v245 server when any user login into the server they are getting the following error
  
 Could not chdir to home directory /home/test: No such file or directory
  
 Users are trying login using ssh What is causing this error when i checked /home no directories are created
  
 How to fix this error.
