I have a SunFire V880 Server Running Solaris 8. I also have an EMC NAS
model NS352. The Server and the NAS are on the same ip subnet with
thirty eight other systems. From the V880 server, I am able to ping
every machine on the subnet except the NAS....using the broadcast
address, they all respond except the new NAS. From every other machine
I am able to ping both the V880 AND the NAS. I'm having problems
getting the server to see the filesystems on the NAS while every other
system can see it just fine. Can anyone point me toward an explanation
for this peculiar behavior or perhaps a fix?
