Solaris 10 Jumpstart issue

 Hi,

I am trying to jumpstart a V240 from my linux host.... everytime it fails
with -
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ERROR: bpgetfile unable to access network
/sbin/install-discovery: information: not found
#
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I checked the bge3 ip and found the subnet mask to be wrong....
The corresponidng entries for ip / netmask is correct in the "sysidcfg" file
on the Jumpstart Server.

In solaris 8 / 9 when I got the same issue I edited the " ....Boot/etc/rcS"
and put and entry like -
ifconfig hme0 netmask 255.255.255.192 broadcast 10.31.92.127

This used to solve the purpose..... I am not able to find a similar file in
Solaris10.

I would love to know -

1. Why jumpstart installation is taking a wrong subnet.... and how this
could be rectified

2. A workaround where in I can plumb an interface in Solaris10 startup
scripts ... I tried editing the " Boot/lib/svc/method/net-init" on the
Jumpstart server

Thanks,
Ashish
