Solaris 10 Trusted Extensions

I have a few questions regarding Solaris 10 and Trusted Extensions.....

1) Is it an extra cost to use them/support them or are they just included
woth Solaris 10?

2) Can I run an application (let's say apache) using these extensions to
make the application more secure so if the box is compromised, it will not
effect the application? I basically want to secure the application as much
as possible.
