Ok, I did get V490 with two sg-xpci1fc-qf4, I had Solaris 10 installed and
I did apply patch 123305-02, updated drivers and everything was fine, I
was able to see my EMC and stuff... But I was required to reinstall
Solaris 9, so installed latest version of Solaris 9, patched it with all
the latest patches, applied patch 123305-02 but I am unable to see my EMC,
what am I doing wrong? when I run scli I dont even see any HBA cards,
before when I had Solaris 10 with scli I was able to see those two HBA
cards that I have and even internal HBA controller, but I cannot see
anything with Solaris 9... What do I need to get those cards working with
Solaris 9? and so I could see my EMC again? When I boot into Solaris 10 I
can see everything again, so it is just setup or that card woul dnot work
with Solaris 9 but I do not think thats the case because I did see an
article which did describe to use those cards instead emulex in solaris 9
with Sun cluster or something like that... Anyway help is greatly
appreciated.
