swapping hardware on v440's

Hi

Quick question

I have two v440's, one of them has 4*1062 mhz processors and the other has
4*1281 mhz processors

Is it possible for me to physically take the 1281 mhz processors cpu-boards
and put them into the box that had the 1062mhz cpu-boards and vice versa

Will the main chassis support these different speed cpu-boards

Before anybody asks, we can't swap the disks so swapping the cpu-boards is our
only option to upgrade one box and downgrade the other (it's complicated so I
won't explain....mainly politics and ownership etc)

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Gary
