Solaris 10 netra-240 boot failure...

Hi All,

Machine: Netra-240
OS: Solaris 10

When trying to boot the machine I get the following output (see below).
It appears that the inittab processes cannot be spawned.

Has anyone seen this before - if so please point me in the right
direction...
