qlc driver going offline online with Veritas Netbackup

Hi Ali,

I see some message like this "Dev change
notification".

Is your tape library goes offline/online only when
there is some changes happening at fiber SAN switch
side ? Can you confirm this with your SAN/Storage
admin.

If yes then this must be a RSCN issue at your switch
side. Please disable this RSCN feature and you should
be fine.
