Summaru - Disk Mirror Question

Thanks to everyone who responded. too many to name, but all with good
information. Everyone pointed out to me that it should work. What I did
wrong was since the slice that failed was 8.42GB, I tried to create the
same size partition on the new disk. Most people said I could make it
bigger. So I then re-sized the partition to 8.43GB instead and then the
sync worked fine.
