Hello,
I know that it is possible to change mem on a board of a 1280/2900 while
the system is still running (i.e. unconfig board, change and config back
into the system).
I learned a long time ago, that this is just true for sure in the manual
and while doing it real you'll get often very surprising things :-(
Is it still just possible in theory and really not a good idea to do so
or is it in the meanwhile a stable action (and if stable, does it belong
to the HW Rev i.e. 1280 versa 2900, or to the OBP or the OS Version or
?).
