Hi,
I have two machines running Solaris 8 and Netbackup 5.1. One is master
server and the other I4m trying to configure to be an alternative master
server.
When I import the catalogs on this machine (alternative), the images
are created in a directory with the original master server name.
When I try to do a restore the netbackup finds nothing.
I copy the image generated in the directory
/opt/openv/netbackup/db/images/original_master to directory
/opt/openv/netbackup/db/images/alternative_master. After this, I was
able to restore the backup.
I think that should have a better way to do this, using some command,
but I don4t know.
Is there a way to import the catalogs and the images to the new
master server folder?
Can anyone help me?
