Sun Fire T2000 boot from RAID

hi,
i don't know if this LSI problem.

Sun Fire T2000, firmware 6.1.12
LSI 1064E firmware 1.0.40
hardware RAID for internal disks

sometimes server boots with trap, if :
it boots from raid and you tring to break and boot from cdrom:
