aggregation interface

Hi list,
i have a server with an aggregated interface, created using the dladm
tool available in Solaris 10 1/06. It reports the following error
message in /var/adm/messages:

Sep 12 14:04:24 server ip: [ID 903730 kern.warning] WARNING: IP: Hardware address '00:03:ba:f3:89:dd' trying to be our address 192.168.020.121!

But the reported Hardware address is the address that the aggregated
interface should use. It is actually the hardware address of the bge0
interface that is part of the aggregation. Do I have to manually
change this to an other value?

I know there was a problem with a kernel panic because of active LACP not
working properly. Has it something to do with this? Are there any patches?

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Markus
