Hello folks, I have another drive problem.

In another v240 I did put 4 drives that are exactly the same and one drive
does look different under format and to that drive I cannot copy content
of other drive using dd. Here is what I have:

# format
Searching for disks...done

AVAILABLE DISK SELECTIONS:
        0. c1t0d0 <SEAGATE-ST3146807LC-0007 cyl 49780 alt 2 hd 8 sec 720>
           /pci@1c,600000/scsi@2/sd@0,0
        1. c1t1d0 <SEAGATE-ST3146807LC-0007-136.73GB>
           /pci@1c,600000/scsi@2/sd@1,0
        2. c1t2d0 <SEAGATE-ST3146807LC-0007 cyl 49780 alt 2 hd 8 sec 720>
           /pci@1c,600000/scsi@2/sd@2,0
        3. c1t3d0 <SEAGATE-ST3146807LC-0007 cyl 49780 alt 2 hd 8 sec 720>
           /pci@1c,600000/scsi@2/sd@3,0
Specify disk (enter its number):

Those are 140gig Seagate drives. Exactly the same drives are in every slot
but drive 1 does appear differently under format. Now when I try to do dd
I get the following error:

# dd if=/dev/rdsk/c1t0d0s2 of=/dev/rdsk/c1t1d0s2 bs=131072k
dd: /dev/rdsk/c1t1d0s2: open: I/O error

when I try to copy disk 2 to disk 3 it does work fine but I cannot copy
anything to disk 1... Why? What can I do to get this disk working for me?

Thank you.

Chris
