Hello Managers!
I've installed sol9_905_sparc on Fire480R and applied last recommended patch
available. After that I've made flash image from that installation and put
it on NFS server. Then I do the following:
1. Boot from cdrom: boot cdrom
2. Choose install from flash image.
3. It finishes with a "#" promt and nothing else.
4. I enter: #reboot
But it failed to boot with:
Boot device: /pci@9,600000/SUNW,qlc@2/fp@0,0/disk@w500000e0112b7631,0:b
File and args:
Boot load failed.
The file just loaded does not appear to be executable.
If do:
1. boot cdrom
2. installboot /usr/platform/`uname -i`/lib/fs/ufs/bootblk
/dev/rdsk/c1t0d0s1
it still doesn't help..
I've already tried flash install before but using sol_904 and it looked like
http://www.sun.com/bigadmin/content/submitted/flash_archive.html
but now seems there are some changes ..
Can you advise me smth?
