Problem with some of the CPU cores of V490

Hi All,

We recently purchased a SunFire V490 with four dual core CPUs. I
installed and configured the system. The system was working fine for a
day or two and after that it suddently went offline. After rebooting
again, the system generates a lot of error while initialing some of
the cores of the CPUs and gets stuck in a dubugging screen. I have to
press 'd' (do soft reset) to skip them and be able to boot the system.
After the system is up i see only four cores online while the rest
four seems to be offline. The output from 'psrinfo -v' command is
given below. How can i debug the problem more? Is it really a hardware
error? Since one core out of each CPU is getting initialized, i think
the CPUs should be Ok. But then what is causing the problem to occur?
Also the system is showing only 8GB of the 16GB of installed RAM. I
request your help in this regard.
