SNMP problem

Greetings from Mexico City.....

I hope you can hlep me. I had a SunFire V490 with Solaris 9. I tried to
integrate this server with th HPOV console monitoring. so I can see some
alerts in the console. I configure the snmp.conf file, under
/etc/snmp/conf directory. I install the patch 112972-17 which is
neccesary to interact between solaris and HPOV. The problem is that when
I simulate a faliure by unplugh one of the power supplies, the HPPV
consolo don't show any alarm. The snmp.conf file has the same
configuration that other servers who sent alarms into the HPOV console.
