Help with XVR-100 & RSC console on V890

Hi there,
I am having trouble getting an XVR-100 properly configured on our V890.

I have installed all the correct software packages to enable the
XVR-100, but I've only got a blank screen. I have done a boot -r
some time ago and the device appears to be correctly configured in
Solaris 9.

Also, we have configured RSC for remote login, which works,
but when I run the console cmd, it just hangs.

The problem is, we also need to be able to use the console on this system
as well as RSC.

Can someone take me through the correct steps to get both the RSC
and the XVR-100 working correctly?

I am thinking that somehow, something is confused in the EEPROM.

ttyb-rts-dtr-off=false
ttyb-ignore-cd=true
ttya-rts-dtr-off=false
ttya-ignore-cd=true
ttyb-mode=9600,8,n,1,-
ttya-mode=9600,8,n,1,-
output-device=screen
input-device=keyboard

I think I saw this posted a while back but cannot find the reference.

Thanks....
