problem: /proc could not be mounted

Hi everyone,
I did a reboot and heres what I got after my solaris 8 got rebooted:

mount: mnttab is not this fstype.
mount: /var/run already mounted
configuring IPv4 interfaces: rtls0 rtls1 rtls2.
Hostname: cspgate
WARNING: /proc could not be mounted
The / file system (/dev/rdsk/c0d0s0) is being checked.
/dev/rdsk/c0d0s0: 8756 files, 167476 used, 65723 free
/dev/rdsk/c0d0s0: (939 frags, 8098 blocks, 0.4% fragmentation)
mount: mnttab is not this fstype.
mount: /var/run already mounted

this keeps repeating itself in a loop
Whats going on? Clues please?
