oracle rac errors

Has anyone seen these errors before in /var/adm/messages on a Solaris 10
(v480) , Veritas Cluster 4.1 / VXFS/VM 4.1 and Oracle Rac 10G

vcsmm: [ID 743917 kern.notice] VCS RAC ERROR V-10-1-15013 vcsmm_ioctl:
driver not configured

It seems when I go to register the CRS services these errors appear.
