Solaris 10: Loading SunPCI card drive

Hi,

I have Ultra 5 system with SunPCI2 card, I used use with Solairs 8
and windowsXP on this system.

Now I loaded Solaris 10 on this machine, I would like install Fedora
Linux 5 on this PCI card. Downloaded Sun PCI-III driver from sun
website and installed on this system.

But this driver is not loading on solaris 10, I tried SunPCI-II
package also it also not working.

Here is the error message for:

/opt/SUNWspci3/bin #./sunpci
/dev/sunpci3drv*: No such file or directory
The SunPCi device driver is not installed.

To run the startup program:

     1. Type: su, then enter your superuser password.
     2. Type: cd /opt/SUNWspci3/drivers/solaris
     3. Type: ./sunpcload

/opt/SUNWspci3/drivers/solaris #./sunpcload
devfsadm: driver failed to attach: sunpci3drv
Warning: Driver (sunpci3drv) successfully added to system but failed to
attach

I ran sunpcload command in shell debug mode:

Any help to load this driver on solairs 10.
