EBS 7.3

I believe that I've gotten the backup software confused about the L25
tape library that it's dealing with. I changed the scsi cabling so
that each drive had it's own HBA, but didn't delete the library from
the software before doing so. Now using the Management console I can
detect both of the tape drives and build a storage node but when I
try to "configure all libraries" I get the following

Library 'M4 DATA@3.0.0' found on storage node 'webct.ua.edu' is not
auto-configurable because no serial number is returned.
Found the new Standard SCSI Jukebox M4 DATA@3.0.0. (<M4 DATA
MagFile 3.01 at SCSI Bus 3 Target 0 Lon 0>)
But there is a problem communicating with this library (M4
DATA@3.0.0.). It may be claimed by another driver.

I'm guessing that I need to reset the software (Enterprise Backup
Software 7.3) but have no idea how to do it. Does anybody?

Thanks in advance.
