We installed a new Gigabit nic. The install went well but the Cisco 6500
does not even show a link. I took the same fiber and plugged it into a
netgear gigabit switch and it works fine. I also tried switching the tx/rcv
connections on the fiber.
It seems to be an incompatibility between Sun and Cisco.
