Hello everyone,

The message I got using "ifconfig -a" is

    Lo0: flages=849<UP, LOPBACK, RUNNING, MULTICAST> mtu 8232

           inet 127.0.0.1 netmask ff000000

   hme0: flags=862<BROADCAST, NOTRAILERS. RUNNING, MULTICAST> mtu 1500

            inet 127.0.0.1 netmask ff000000 broadcast 127.255.255.255

If I pinged the gatways, I got the following message:

   #ping 192.168.1.1

ICMP NET Unreachable from gatewaylocalhost 127.0.0.1

for icmp from localhost (127.0.0.1) to 192.168.1.1

    no answer from 192.168.1.1

Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot!

Maggie
