[SUMMARY] Setting up serial terminal using "Serial Parallel Controller"

Needed to setup a terminal console which was connected to a Sparc 10
via a "Serial Parallel Controller" made by Sun (really old hardware).

Turns out all I needed to do was fire up 'admintool' and
configure the right interface, which I found by trial-and-error (tty1).
As I had feared, this was indeed a stupid question.

Several suggested NOT to use this SPC, as it is outdated and sucked
even when it was new.
