Hi!
We are connecting our Suns to a HP EVA Storage via HP Secure Path.
Lately the spagent process on one of our V440 running Solaris 9 started
going berserk, giving 100% load to the Server.
Though we have maintenance contracts with HP, they are not so helpful
concerning this topic. All we got to know ist, that spagent uses 2 ports
to connect to the SANs appliance. If someone tries to hack the server
using this ports, the spagent process runs wild. But no one could tell
us, what ports these are! My problem is, that I'm not too used to
managing such devices, but have to get into it very fast, because soon
I'll be the only one to manage them. So please be patient, if I ask some
obvious thing.
Thanks,
Thomas
