Hello,
I really hate to ask this, as I feel that it inherenty wrong to do this
in the first place, but someone further up the food chain has already
made the choice.
So - has anyone had experience of configuring a Segate Baracuda
ST3400832A in a Sun V100 running Sol 8.
I have checked the format.dat file as they seem to have fudged another
non sun disk previous to this but nothing in there seems to fit.
I am sure I have seen some articles on this but cannot seem to find them
now.
Has any one configured one of these either in format.dat or via the
format command ?
