Guys,
On a Sun box solaris 2.6, someone wrongly used chown to change permissions of files under /.
Which resulted in stop of services (ftp,telnet etc.) but ssh did worked and i managed to revert
the permissions back to normal (most of the common files).
Everything is looking fine till DBA complained about one of the important script not running and giving error
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-28575: unable to open RPC connection to external procedure agent
oracle is running fine except in this log file i have NO entry after reboot
/app/oracle/product/8.1.7i/network/log/callout_listener.log
Any idea , suggestion would be appreciated,
