Hello,
I'm running Solaris 9 patched to date with SUN Directory Server 5.2
I've migrated directory information from NIS and have some mail aliases.
sendmail (stock Solaris 9 version w/ patches) cannot resolve some mail
aliases where the number of entries exceeds 34. This limitation is not
visible when sendmail uses NIS to access the aliases. The message
returned is:
Oct 7 12:59:05 spock sendmail[24337]: [ID 801593 mail.notice]
j97Bx5K4024337: 1styr... User unknown
I can list the aliases that don't work using ldaplist. Is there a size
limitation when operating through nss_ldap for accessing mail aliases?
