Sun E220r boot issue

Hi all

i have a Sun E220r Server with 2 CPUs and 1GB Ram.
Suddenly the server went offline and now when i reboot, it displays the
message in POST
"Processor 0 is missing or disabled"
Also, no matter where i put the RAM, it doesnt detect any RAm in any slots
during POST.

Any clues?

Also, nothing comes up if i put just one CPU in slot0. It only works with
CPU in slot1.
