Hi Managers,

I am working on migration frrom NIS to LDAP, I have installed Sunone
directory server 5.2 .

I am trying to use Solaris native LDAP client to bind to S.O Directory
server, I am able to list passwd entries

yuriy::11272:12001:Pavlov,Yuriy I-2729869:nohome:/bin/false
yzhang34::11604:21:Zhang,Yi-5761062:/home/yzhang34:/bin/csh
zhiyanli::11380:12001:Li,Zhi Yan-5578320:nohome:/bin/false
zmao::11457:12001:Mao,Zuji-9797030:nohome:/bin/false
zmursic::13537:12001:Mursic,Zoran-9186068:nohome:/bin/false
zolp::10983:12001:Zolp,Mark E-3424524:nohome:/bin/false

A)But not ableto login via ssh/telnet/rsh
B) Autodirect maps are not getting mounted on client.
C) Although passwd and shadow entries seems to be correct some of them
doesn't get imported to LDAP schema it give 65: object class violation
error, is there any alternative to ldapaddent? i mean method.

I have not made the NIS server as LDAP client, as LDAP client as it would
stop the NIS yp server serverice.

I read through the lists some modification needs to be done to LDAP client
file as well as pam.conf , if any one has done this please let me know.
I will summarize.
