Thanks for all your replies guys, i upgraded the 128mb RAM TO 384 and boot it with
boot cdrom - text and it worked becasue text mode takes less memory. I guess memory was the problem. I dont know if this mail really went to all, but thanks for who ever replied me, you all helped me a lot, you guys rock ......

For me, the problem was I had burned the Solaris CD with too fast a
speed writer. The older CD drive in our Ultra 10 couldn't read the
CDROM. I reburned the image from Sun at the slowest speed setting and
then the install worked fine.
