Hello all, i am trying to install solaris 10 on an ultra 10 creator 3d machine.
My System configuration is "Sun Ultra 5/10 UPA/PCi(UltraSparc IIi 300
Mhz), 128 MB memory and 3Gb Ultra SCSI drive".
I guess solaris 10 supports bacward compatiability and also 128 MB may be sufficient(I am not sure). I get the following errors when i try to install it from a cd
failed to read super block
cant read disk label
cant open disk label package
boot load failed
The file just loaded doesnot appear executable
I am unable to understand what the problem is, is it due to the bad disk or is it due to some thing else. could anyone help me out.
U might be having a problem understanding my english, i am sorry for that.
