I tried to install KOLAB2 on a sun4u with Solaris 9. On Linux Fedora 2 or 3
I could
Install KOLAB2 without problem but on Solaris 9 or 8 I have allways the same
problem:
checking for C compiler default output... configure: error: C compiler
cannot create executables
Because of this problem the installation programm can not go forward because
of dependencies. I have on my Solaris 9 installed following packages:

I work with /sbin/ksh and my PATH Variable is:
PATH=/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/dt/bin:/usr/openwin/bin:/bin:/usr/ucb:/opt/sfw/
bin:/usr/ccs/bin
Could somebody tell me how I can solve this problem.....! Is there missing a
package?
