Managers,
We have the following scenario:
Server1 ...NIS Master
Server2....NIS Slave
Server3....NIS Slave
We have a need of downgrading "Server1" to become a NIS Slave and
upgrading "Server2" to become
The NIS Master. How Can I accomplish this?
Can I just make the existing NIS master a slave by doing: (ypinit -s)
and then enduup with 3 NIS slave and just upgrade
"Server2" with the following command: (ypinit -m)? or is there any
other way?
