Hi#,

thanks for your kindly help.

Now I could connect to V280 with standard ethernet cable+ cisco DB-9 -> RJ45
convertor, and the port should be tty A as George pointed out.

But, I found another question. I use new Cisco console cable(blue) to
connect port on card of RSC slot on some other V280 box, ( the card
has three port, one for telephone, one for serial and one I don't know),
 the hyperterminal could connect with 9600-8-n-1, and the prompt is
 "please login: ". I always failed to login with my username &
 password. What does this port work for?
