Can't login to SUN Firev280 by serial connection

Hi #,

   I'm trying to reinstall a Sun Fire V280 server which has no display
   and keyboard.

   I try to connect my pc to the server with serial connection.
   After connecting a Cisco console cable with PC's com1 interface and
   Serial interface on V280, I start up hyperterminal. The baud rate
   is set to 9600, no parity and stop bit 1 is configured. But, no
   matter how many times I tried there is no echo on the screen.

   How can I do with it?
