AGAIN: AGAIN: Two systems can reach other systems, but can not reach each other. Why?

Hello everyone,

Thank you all for your helpful replies. This problem
is not solved yet, but I will write a summary when I
get the time (hopefully next week) because I have
received lots of valuable answers.
