I have a V250 that shows this error in the /var/adm/messages file

rmclomv: [ID 627585 kern.error] ENCLOSURE_FAN @ FT2.F0.RS has FAULTED

But when I run

prtdiag -v

I'm not seeing anything that has failed.

Does that mean that fan faulted only for a short period of time and
then was ok?

Also, if I wanted to create a cron job that did a prtdiag -v
for any failures on the system would it be safe to grep for
the word "failed"? Would that catch all possible problems with the
system?

Here's the fan setion from the prtdiag -v output
